Phone Lock - jkolatch - 04-25-2018 06:38 PM We just starting using Skype for Business - cloud based version. We purchased T48S phones. Although we disabled phone lock = the phone lock automatically becomes enabled again. Does anyone know how to fix this. We called Microsoft and they said this is not their issue. After logged into the Lync/SfB (Skype for Business) account or the phone arrives the synchronization time, the phone will sync the server settings to enable the Phone Lock. You could ask your Lync/SfB Server administrator to disable this feature. Then your Phone Lock won’t auto disable again.
