VPN cannot resolve host address - edrobal - 04-19-2018 12:25 PM

Hello.
I'm trying to configure a VPN connection for a W52P. Voip server has a dynamic IP so the remote address is xxxxx.dyndns.biz and the VPN cannot resolve host address. Why phone don't receive dns server from DHCP ?

I capture ip trafic and wireshark doesn't show any dns request. Strange.

Dear Customer,

For this case, can you send you openVPN.tar file to us? We can remote connect to do more troubleshooting. And please also send me PCAP, log, config.bin files to me.

BTW, please kindly confirm:
1. How many phones are affected by this issue?
2. Please tell me the W52P firmware.

Best Regards,
Kevin
