It would be nice to be able to create a button tree. Make button like sales and it opens a list of extensions or buttons that would show more buttons of extensions that are in the sales group.

I am afraid I can't catch you well. What do you mean about the button tree? What kind of the button? Do you have any scenoria need this kind of feature? Can you describe detail to me? Maybe you can provide a picture to show the tree?

Lets say on a t48 touchscreen there is a button labeled Sales which is on the main screen. When that button is pressed then another screen will pop up and shows buttons which are all the extensions that are in the sales office and these buttons are BLF type to show the status of the extensions.

Yes， you are right you can do this in the T48G.
So you have this request in other model phones? In the other model, as the screen size limitation, you can list all the DSS keys in one page, but you can press the Page key to turn to the second page of the DSS keys.
Take T41S as an example, if you configure many BLF keys, in the lower right corner, you can see there are 1, and 2 number, press the sixth line key can turn to the second DSS key page.
