Transferring a call with multiple incoming calls - Kainos - 04-09-2018 03:38 PM

I have a receptionist with a T48G.

When she is on a call that needs to be transferred and another call starts ringing at the same time she goes to do a blind transfer of the active call but what ends up happening is the incoming call gets transferred instead of the active call.

They also have some grandstream phones this does not happen with.

Is there a yealink setting to prevent this?

Hi Kainos,

Please make sure you stay at the active call screen when you do the transfer.
