I ordered 4 W56H additional handsets. When they arrived, the box read W56H, and W56H is stamped on the back cover of the phone. When I went to register them with a W60B base, I noticed that in the phone menu the model read W56P, and the handsets won't connect to the W60B base. Is there a way to upgrade the W56P handsets to a W56H handset so that they work with the W60B base?

The problem was I had one handset registered with the base that was a 56H. Because of that I could not register a 56P handset to the same base. I had to de-register the 56H handset from the base, then register all 4 of my 56P handsets to the base, upgrade the firmware to make them 56H's, then I re-registered my existing 56H handset again for a total of 5 handsets.
