Dear support,

I have the following issue on Yealink T48G phones running the 35.82.0.30 firmware:
Missed Calls are not resolved through LDAP when DND is ON.

To be clear:
- When I get a call, my phone rings. If I do not answer the call, then the call is logged as a missed call. In this case the number is resolved through LDAP correctly.
- When DND is on and I get a call, the call is immediately reported as a missed call (which is what I want). BUT: The number is NOT resolved through LDAP in this case.

Please help me, for my customers it is very important to be able to see who has tried to call them.

HI TPM,

Please enable the option first: Directory->LDAP->LDAP Lookup For Incoming Call

After that, if still have problem, please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and PCAP when you reproduce the issue.
To make a comparision, please also provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and PCAP when you DND if off.

We will check the issue data, and help you to solve the problem.
