Sip-t20p with Jabra GN1000 - g.jacobse - 07-23-2015 10:05 PM

I have configured my phone and headset base.

When I place or take a call, it is still defaulting to the phone handset instead of using the headset.

I am certain it is a simple setting, but I have not been able to locate it.

which firmware you are using ? please upgrade to last firmware:

then go web page path : Features --- Audio --- Ringer Device for Headset and then select use headset & speaker

Currently Running 9.73.0.50

I will try that. However I just sent the GN1000 back due to frustration.
