Dear Members,

i have a problem with T46S EH36 and Jabra Pro 9400series.
The customer can accept the incoming calls with Jabra Headset but hangoff isn't possible. Customer must hangoff with call button on the phone.

T46S
Firmware Version 66.82.0.20
Hardware Version 66.0.0.128.0.0.0

EHS36:
Hardware Version 48.16.0.0
Firmware Version 4.16.0.0

3CX: V15.5 Pro

Jabra: 9400 pro Series


what could be the cause of my problems?

Hello !

One information is missing from your thread and it is the firmware version of the headset.
I got this problem once with a client. Since the firmware update, he didn't encounter the issue. In the firmware changelogs, it is said: "Optimized link to improve EHS - Electronic Hook Switch integration with various phones.". Maybe it'll fix your issue.

You issue seems like a known issue on our side, and our RD guy fix this issue in the latest firmware (T48S,T42S,T41S)-66.82.0.30.rom,please kindly download the firmware in below link:

But V66.82.0.30 it seems isn't support at the moment in the 3CX system. Or do you have any other information?

In your linked FAQ I can't find the guide for T46S.

I have the same issue. EHS36 not functioning correctly. Current issues are press button on headset to go on hook and nothing happens on the phone. Press the button again on the headset and the headset base goes off hook and the phone goes on hook.

I'm using a Yealink T48S with EHS36 and Jabra Pro 9450 headset.

My configuration is from the EXT port to EHS36 via RJ45 cord, Out of EHS36 via RJ45 to RJ45 port (AUX) on Jabra base. The other end of Y-connector goes to the handset port on the base station. Out of base station via RJ11 to headset port on Yealink phone.

Currently using 3cx v. 15.5 SP3 with default provisioning templates. I'll do whatever is needed to fix the issue.

You still didn't answered about your firmware version of the headset.

Are you at the latest firmware version of the headset ?
