T-42G Upgrade path - bblevins - 02-07-2018 12:42 PM
I noticed our phones fell behind in firmware version and I've searched for the upgrade path but didn't seem to find anything so i apologize if it's out there and i didn't see it , our phones currently are at 29.80.0.95 and my question is must i upgrade the firmware in order or can i go straight to the latest version 29.82.0.20? Thanks for your help !!!!

For your question, our phones can upgrade/download to another firmware directly.
You can download the latest firmware of T42G via below link:
http://download.support.yealink.com/download?path=upload%2Fattachment%2F2017-9-13%2F6%2Fa0634d14-a4d0-4031-99be-33057752c13b%2FT42-29.82.0.20.rom
Then, go to Web UI ---Settings--Upgrade of the phone to upgrade.

If you want to do it thru autoprovision, include this in your CFG file.
