T58A permissions - LTPShine - 01-23-2018 02:31 PM

We have installed Apps onto this device. However we keep getting error notifications saying permissions need to be granted and to contact the administrator.
How can we control permissions on the device? or stop these messages coming up?
Thank you

Dear Customer,

Would you please attach a picture of this pop-up message?
Are you trying to install an App from some kind of Android App Store?
Indeed T58 is Android, however installing the 3rd party app is not recommended to ensure the professional and stable user experience as an IP phone, so we restrict the priviledge of app installing as we all know Android is less stable.

Besides, can you please show me the auto provision commands of installing the app onto your phone? I'd like to see if your app is installed correctly.

Kind Regards
Samuel Wang

Dear Customer,

Please uninstall the app first, and then install it by below format,

#!version:1.0.0.1

pm.version = special
pm.check_permission = none
app.install_url = http://x.x.x.x/filename.apk

Kind Regards
