Hello,
The state of all my relatively old but still pleasant SIP desk phones VP-2009 Elite devices is as follows:
Version Hardware VideoPhone-V23.1.0.197.18.0.6
Version firmware 22.40.0.11
On this subject, i would like to know 5 little things :
a) What are the differences between devices & features from : VP530 and VP-2009 ELITE ?
b) If necessary where can i check the internal RAM memory level to see if it is 128MB limited model?
c) What is the latest functional firmware version compatible with myVP-2009 Elite IP videophones ?
d) In my case, If it's possible, Is it easy to upgrade ?
e) Is there a document that describes the method for this software update?
I prefer to inquire rather than having to make an unfortunate,
