Dial Now Rule Issue when Transfer - IPBX - 01-11-2018 11:36 AM Hi Team, I have issue with Dial Now Rule. Dial Now Rule works fine when phone is hangup in other word without call on hold BUT when I want transfer the call but the dial rules not are applied for the new call, Scenario : 1. I want call someone, I dial the number, rule are used, all is right. 2. I'm in active call, I want transfer call active, I push "new call", when I dial number rules are not used. Only 1 Account is configured.
