Is there a way to set an alert-info that would overwrite DND, or to be able to define specific caller I’d to overwrite DND,
use case would be I want on specific events to reach the phone even when DND.

Our phones support "DND Emergency" feature, allows users to receive the incoming calls from some authorized numbers even if the DND feature is activated. This feature is disabled by default, you can go Web UI configure this feature as below(Multiple numbers are separated by commas):
Feature > Forward&DND > DND
