Is it possible to have a T48 or and model connect to skype and to an IPPBX on 2 different accounts at the same time?

Dear Customer,
Sorry to tell you that in the present, T48G can't support this feature, maybe we can evaluate it in the future. But Yealink T58V/T56A can reach your requirement.
You can install the Skype apk in T58V, login your account in Skype app, and register the sip account in T58V at the same time.
