T48G: automaticallyunfold BLFs - Renke - 12-12-2017 12:46 PM

Hello to the board !

At present I'm customizing some presets on our phones (T48G) connected to a Starface PBX.

The BLFs can be managed on the PBX and then get provisioned to the phones.
This works fine so far.
There's just one default behaviour which I'd like to change:

In default not all BLFs are displayed.
I only see one row on the left and on the right and the middle three rows are hidden.
When I tap on the "BLF" in the lower right corner, the display switches and shows them all.
Is there a parameter, to set this as standard, so all BLFs get displayed, when the phone starts up ?

Any help is appreciated

Best Regards

Renke

Hello Renke,

This Travis from Yealink Technical Team. My pleasure to work for you.

For your question, sorry, there is no such parameter to control the DSSKeys, because from our understanding, customer could easily display the all BLF keys by press one key, may I know is there any inconvenience?

Anything I could help, freely to let me know.

Regards,
Travis

Hi Travis,

thank you very much for your fast reply !

Sorry to hear, unfolding automatically is not possible.
The reason for my request:
On our company the BLFs give us a good overview over the status of all phones.
Therefore we unfold the DSSKeys at any time.
So it would have been more comfortable, to have them unfolded, right after a user logs in at a phone.

Best Regards

Renke

Hi Renke,

Thanks for the clarification, it's clear for me.
I will send a feature reuqest to our Product team, and ask them to create an option to set this.

Any update, I will inform you immediately.

Travis

Hi Renke,

Sorry, this feature request was denied from our Product team, as our PD manager thought it would not bring customers too much inconvenience by press the "extended key" on the screen.

Let me know if anything i could help freely.

Best Regards,
Travis
