Hello,

We have an office with many Yealink T42G; some using firmware 29.82.0.20 and some using an older one but we are updating all of them right now, although I don't think that is the problem.

Call Flow:

When a inbound call is received for example in extension 220, they hit transfer and enter extension 213; the call gets transferred but never reaches 213, it disconnects before even ringing there.

This doesn't happen in every single call, but it happens many many times so we can easily duplicate the issue, we tried enabling and disabling session timer & re-transmission, but it didn't help with it ON or OFF. We captured the traces for both: a good call that did not drop, and a bad call that did drop during transfer

Any help is greatly appreciated!
