My phones went offline at once without any obvious reason. Can you please check attached file of phone log and give me some guideline?

Hi,

Would you please check:
1. how often the issue happens?
2. how many phones have the same problem?
3. after the account lost registeration, can you go to web interface to enable it maually?

It's suggested to exported the syslog from the server side(see attached guide), and we also need configuration file of the phone.
