I got your email but was out of the office yesterday and unable to respond. Sorry, I sent you the wrong copy of the xml file. The one on the server has default_photo="Config:".
Looks like the correct file may not have been edited. I'll verify that it gets edited correctly and report back.

IS this a windows or linux server? Case sensitivity?
