hello

since last firmware v81 we have problem with line key.

you know line key on top of screen we you missed call or when you have voice mail. so icon appear but when we clic on we can't go to see voicemail or missed call.

it's 3cx template

Dear Customer,

This is Johnson from Yealink technical support team, nice to work with you.
For this question, the icon only note you have new misscall or voice mail.

How do view miss call or voice mail, please refer to below steps.

1.When you have voice mail or miss voice on your phone, you can see
"Notification Popups" on this phone, then you can click "View" to obtain
this voice mail or miss call.

2.Would you please click "History" button, swith to Miss calls list.

3.Would you please click Menu-->Message-->Voice Mail-->View Voice Mail.

But now we don't have pop up. can you said me where to enable it with provisioning ?

features.voice_mail_popup.enable = 0
this ?

Dear Customer,

You can see auto provision parameters as below.

features.voice_mail_popup.enable=1
features.missed_call_popup.enable=1
features.forward_call_popup.enable=1
features.text_message_popup.enable=1
