T48 DND button problem - bluetel - 10-12-2017 02:04 PM

Hello

we encourred problem with T48 when we activate DND button. after 3sec button disappear and we can't unactivate it.

firmware is 35.81.0.110

tks advance

we use 3cx template for v15

It's the - Button on the top of screen which said DND On is dissappear after 2 sec, and we don't know if we are DNDon or DNDoff

Hi,

Please check and try again:
1. use the default template provide by 3CX
2. reboot phone and/or reset to factory default
3. after pressing DND button, login to phone and check if radio button “DND Status” is set to “On” (Features – Forward&DND - DND), also check in PBX the User Status of the extension is set to “Do Not Disturb DND)”
4. dial *30 to set the extension back to “Available”
