Assuming your phone has two ports (one for handset and one for headset) I'd guess that the first is the volume of the mic on the handset and the second is some aspect that only relates to a headset that is plugged in. I might be missing the point of your question though.

You are correct, I pasted in correctly-
My question is what is the difference between

HeadSetMicVol = 8
headset_send = 29

and
handset_send =
HandSetMicVol = 8

In the M7 version of the provisioning files I don't see HandSetMicVol or HeadSetMicVol so I would guess that they have been replaced with handset_send and headset_send since I DO see those.

Hello,
These parameters are the same, so there's something wrong in our previous autop template, but now there's no problem in our latest V70 template, there are just these parameters:

#Configure the sending volume of Speaker, Handset and Headset. It ranges from 1 to 53, the default values are 25, 35, 29.
#Require reboot;
voice.handfree_send =
voice.handset_send =
voice.headset_send =

So please use our latest template with V70 firmware in your phone. You can download them from our website:

Thanks.
