CP860 does not work connected to PC - msc - 10-06-2017 01:18 PM Hi, we have the CP860 conference phone which works great on our VoIP system. The thing is we also use Skype for sharing screens and audio for remote training. I cannot get it to work with a desktop computer with the audio cable provided. No sound! Thanks RE: CP860 does not work connected to PC - Travis_Yealink - 10-11-2017 10:10 AM (10-06-2017 01:18 PM)msc Wrote: Hi, we have the CP860 conference phone which works great on our VoIP system. Hi, Do you mean that all other audio can play via CP860, but ONLY Skype couldn't? May I know after connet the CP860 to the PC, did you see the "PC-Mobile Mode" show up on the screen? Hi, I did the test again, and there is no problem if you use Skype, if you want I could record a video for you. The thing is if the CP860 is "PC-Mobile Mode", if so, then all the audio could output from the CP860. Yealink_Travis RE: CP860 does not work connected to PC - msc - 10-17-2017 07:47 AM Thanks Travis Having the sound coming out of the CP860 is what I am trying to achieve. It does not display pc mode when plugged in. Works fine on a smartphone! Thanks again RE: CP860 does not work connected to PC - Travis_Yealink - 10-18-2017 03:01 AM (10-17-2017 07:47 AM)msc Wrote: Thanks Travis Hi, May I know when you plugged smartphone in, does the screen has this prompt? I attached our user guide for you, and please refer Page128. BTW, did you test with another PC? In my local test, I am using windows7, and everything works fine. Is it convenient for you to record a short video to me? Thanks. I have tried everything to get my PC860 to connect, never get PC mode. I ended up taping a mic to the top of the phone, and still have no way to get sound into the phone without splicing it to the mic. Robert |
