Recurring Automatic Incoming Call - mohd - 10-02-2017 04:43 AM

I am using Yeastar MYPBX U100 and YealinkT41 Phones. I have noticed very strange issue happening after I have configured it in our new office.

After a proper incoming call, the phone starts ringing with unknown number but when picked there is no one in the other end.

Once we end the call , immediately we start getting this incoming call again and it will keep happening like that for many times¬¬¬.

It seems that PBX itself is autodialing the inbound extension for some weird reason. Please help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

I have no caller ID enabled on the all of the 4 PSTN Lines we have.

Sounds more like something you should be checking with Yeastar (PBX maker) for. Note that Yealink and Yeastar are two separate entities and not related to each other in any way that I'm aware of.

if you are voip connected it could be ghost calls i.e voip spam - bad guys scanning port 5060.
There are two settings in the t41 auto provision or gui
features.direct_ip_call_enable = 0
sip.trust_ctrl = 1
