Hi
On both, T48S and T42G I manage to transfer calls, as long as I enter the target-number on the key-pad.
How ever, I want to use the phone-book or the line-keys (Speed Dial). This does not work. A call cannot be transfered.
As soon as the line-key is pressed, the first call goes on hold. The second call is established. I can now toggle between the two calls, however, I CANNOT link the two together.
What am I missing?
Can this be achieved anyway?

You can configure below the parameter to achieve that:
Go to the Website of the phone->Feature->Transfer->Transfer Mode via Dsskey, choose the mode you want. In your side, you may configure it as a new call, so you will establish a second call.
Please just configure it as Attended Transfer or Blind Transfer.

Description:
It configures what function the DSS key will perform when user presses the DSS key during an active call. To use this feature, you need to configure the DSS key as a speed dial, transfer or BLF/BLF List in advance.

Valid Value:
(0-New Call;1-Attended Transfer;2-Blind Transfer)
