T48G - Skype for Business - Supress Calendar Reminders - jvoros - 09-29-2017 12:14 PM

Our users have been asking if there is a way to stop the calendar reminders from showing up on their phones. Yes we know we can ignore, or dismiss or hit the X button to dismiss all, but they'd like them not to show up on their phones at all.

With the Skype for Business Firmware (35.8.1.65), I do not see this feature available in the advanced menus.

Would be great to know if the feature exists or if its a future enhancement. Please advise.
Thanks

Dear,

Good day!

This feature is supported on the newest firmware 35.8.1.80. Please download this firmware via below link to upgrade to 35.8.1.80.

After upgrading, please set this feature via phone user interface.
Menu--Basic---Calendar Settings--Select the Disabled value from the pull-down list of Reminder.

Please have a test, and I believe that it is helpful.

Regards,
Evan

That is good news.
Is there an updated features list/release notes document that outlines all the changes? The documents on your website have only bug fixes listed and the remaining documents still refer to .65

Dear,

Good day!

Sorry for late reply. We just back into office after holiday.

The release notes document is what you seen on our official website, in generally, the main purpose is for adding new features and have some major bugs fixed.

Regards,
Evan
