Hello Yealink support,
I set BLF by order (1 and etc) but on screen its not in the order that is set on phone (see attached file)

Dear Customer,
Looks like the order was broke starting from linekey 12, would you please suggest the firmware number of this phone first?
Please have a try by upgrading to firmware to the latest first,

If upgrade doesn't fix it, please try resetting the phone by long press the OK key.
If the problem persists, please export and send me the config.bin file from the web GUI>Settings>Configuration>Export Import Config, and then I will have a local test.
