Automatic hand free on CTI call - adigit_Support - 09-20-2017 04:30 PM

Hi,
We use in the past aastra phones with CTI outgoing calls and automatocly the phone goes to hand free mode when calling
CTI calls work well instead we need to hang up or push hand free button to have the call.

What can I change in the phone (T46G T46S T56A...)

Many thanks

Patrick

Dear Customer,
The default CTI call is on speaker, it is hands-free already.
For example, a person is making a CTI call on the computer, he selects the contact and clicks on call now, the phone will make the call and it will be on speaker mode when the call is established.
To end the call, normally there is an option on the computer and he only needs to click the button to end the call.
If your have a different situation, please post it here with details, and then I will have a look.
Kind Regards
Samuel Wang
