Hello,
when a user use a BLF key to call an internal person, the SIP Key (77sgdz..) is displayed. How can i configure to display the name?

Yes,you can do it.
First,add a contact on local diretory.
tips:Menu--Directory--local Direcotory--All Contacts--Add
Second,setting a BLF key lable as contact name.
