Hello,

I have a T46G unit that when i use the handfree mode i cannot hear properly the other end. The volume is too low even if i max out the volume setting. I tried the following

but only the send volume has risen, nothing from my side.

I have upgraded first to the latest firmware and i have reseted the device but nothing changed.

Hi Alx,

Please export phone configuration file to us.
The issue suddely happen without any setting changing? And how long the phone is purchased?

Here are the config files, the phone is brand new out of the box.

Hello Alx,

There is no an issue in the config.bin file.
Can you please reset phone and just make an ip call to test it. If the problem persist it must be a hardware issue.
Please contact your vendor to deal with it.
