Hello, I am working on migrating from Incredible PBX over to Wazo and am struggle with Call Parking.

T48G Firmware 35.81.0.70
In my PBX (WAZO) confirguration, call Parking is set to ext 700 with parked calls going to ext, 751-753.

I have tried just about every configuration I can possibly think of to get this straight. Here's the current behaviour

1) BLF with Park Slots are greyed out (ext. 751,752,753)
2) PARK CALL (I have tried a type=call park, transfer, intercom, etc.) is set to 700. This is greyed out
3) When external call comes in, I can press the PARK CALL button and I immediately hear music on the caller end. I have no idea where the call goes as the presence does not show on the BLFs
4) T48G screen shows the pause icon with the word HOLD written, but not sure were it went or how to retrieve it.

Please see the detail example:
A make a call to B(ext 700), B configure call park to ext 751,752,753, you configure BLF key to monitor 751-753 in phone C. But after you press the call park key to park the call success, all of the BLF keys are gray out. Also you can retrive the park call success. Then how can you retrive the call? What is the status of the BLF keys?

If any misunderstanding, please figure out to me.

There is an similar case, we solve that case by Enable Call Park notification in the server side, please try to configure this feature in the server side and test.

If the problem can not be solved, please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace of both phone B and C when you reproduce the issue, so we can do further trouble shooting.

Besides, may i know how many phones you have in total? And how many of them have the issue?

Hi,

been using the same setup (Wazo, Yealinks) and spent some time earlier today trying to figure this out.
What worked for me is the guide here: http://sip.gr/downloads/How%20to%20use%20the%20BLF%20Call%20Park%20feature%20on%20Yealink%20Phone.pdf

I can park calls and also have BLF feedback on the phone.
Please note that autoprovisioning from Wazo didn't work for me for these settings, so used the phone web interface.

Also, make sure that you check the parking strategy in Wazo, so that it always picks the first slot, not the next one. You may also have to restrict the number of parking slots to the number you expect necessary.

Try this and let us know if it worked...

Dear Sir,

If i do not misunderstand you, you can get the BLF Park feature work in Wizo, Yealink.

For the park slot, it is up to your configuration.
As we do not have the test environment of Wazo, so i take 3CX as an example, you can configure the DSS key as call park, the value as slot: SP1
When you are on a call, press the call park key, you can park the call to slot SP1.
If you configure the DSSkey as BLF in another phone, the value as slot SP1, after you park the call to slot SP1, the LED of the BLF key will be red, and if you press the BLF key, you can retrive the call in the other phone.
