T48 Screen display - VOIP - 08-16-2017 08:07 PM
When setting a line label on most Yealinks its displayed nice and big in the center.
On the T48 its on the top left corner all cut off.
What can we do to display the line label but give it more room.

Doesnt help for that ...

Dear User,
Normally you can not extend the length of line on the top left corner, and it's not necessary because it will be rolling to display the full label name if the label name is longer than the fixed length.
If it is not rolling display on your phone, please make sure your phone is upgraded to the latest firmware.
The auto provision sentence you mentioned is to decide the length of the DSS key, not the one on the top left corner.

OK, your firmware is the latest, and it should be rolling to display a long name if the display name is longer than the fixed length.

We have over 100 of them and they do not scroll.
