Yealink T48 Cant pickup call from BLF - support_voxia - 08-09-2017 02:09 PM

Hello Yeanlink Support,

We applied on yealinkT48 BLF option to pickup call (see attached file_1), when he press to pickup call instead of *88502 it reads it as = " -- Executing [*88510381510@t-381:2] Hangup("SIP/381502-0006660a", "") in new stack"

We also tried *88, but gets error (cant dial)

please help solve issue, big client

thx

hi

If you don't set DSSkey to pick up, just press *88500, can it pick up this call?
Please also help check what's the Direct Pick Up code with your server provider.

Best Regards,
Kevin

Are you using Asterisk? If so, what are the extension numbers? What's your direct pickup code?

Usually with Asterisk, you put the extension number in the value field and "**" in the extension field.
