BToE Connector- If no connection show only in tray - JimK - 07-27-2017 02:00 PM

When using the BToE connector(3.0.0.32) and have a connection to the phone it will startup and be in the windows tray. If you are traveling with a laptop or just disconnected from the network the connector with startup and stay in the middle of the screen(see attached picture) until you close it because it does not connect to the phone. For people who travel it is annoying. Most other vendor connectors I have used in the past will just pop up a message bubble from the icon in the windows tray and not be so in your face.

There should be an option to have the connector start and only show in the tray when there is no connection.

Hi Jim,
I tried the BToE(3.0.0.32) on my computer, and when it is disconnected, there was only a bubble popup in the system tray.
I think it is an issue with your computer settings, please try reinstall the BToE.
Kind Regards
