SIP-T48G: Voice/Text Mail Power Light Flash - darryl.grennan - 07-27-2017 11:28 AM
The "Voice/Text Mail Power Light Flash" won't stop flashing even when the voice mail is cleared by the server with no new messages present and no longer shows the "message" icon on the LCD display.
The only way to clear the LED is to pick up an extension and hang it up again. Or press a digit on the keypad.

Please upgrade the phone to the latest firmware, then reset to factory default, re-provisioning it and test again.

35.81.0.91 was a "special" build to stop the LED lights from being on continually when the power is active.
Users have reported that newer builds are lacking the this as feature parity between the two releases have not been reached.
I should also note that the phone was reset to factory default, re-provisioning it and tested again.

Yes, you are correct, as I explained before, V81.91 is a technical version, and it has better performance than our official one, V81.110.
Back to the case, do you mean that even the messages all cleared from the voice mail server, and the messages popup disappear from the phone scereen, but the LED light still blink?
If so, I think it should be a bug, would you please kindly provide all three trace files to me? I will submit to our R&D team to do the further analysis.
If you can provide me a short video, that would be much helpful.
