Hello,
When my T29 is connected to the VPN there is a red V in the top bar. Is it red because something is wrong or because that is how it normally looks when its working?

The red V in the top bar of T29G means VPN is enabled. Please kindly have a test.

Is there anyway to make this green because generally
green = good
red = bad
And people always say what is broken on my phone and why does it have a red V

Dear Clair,
Once the icon of VPN appears on the LCD screen， that means VPN is enabled. Whether it is red, green or gray.
The picture provides a description for each phone's model with the VPN icon color.(in attachment)
