on the newer phones like T27G with FW 81.x we cant see the caller ID name and number who left the VM when listing to the VM,
anyone has an idea what we could have wrong? (ALL older phones its working good)

May i know which firmware version can see the caller ID name and number? Can you provide a screenshot for me?
As i do a test locally, and it can not show as you said.

I'm also having this problem - I'm unable to see the caller ID on screen when listening to voicemails using the handset.
How do I activate this feature?
