I would like to know if its possible to control the ring volume at the admin level, meaning taking the control out of the end users hands. I would like to set all of the ring volumes at a certain # or volume to avoid people from turning it all the way down or off. Is this possible?
Yealink T46G phones.

Yes,it is possible. But you have to upgrade the firmware to the latest firmware version: x.81.0.110:

Please use the parameter below to do auto provision:
force.voice.ring_vol =

Value Range : 0 to 15 integer , if it is set to blank then the volume can be adjust through + and - key , if it is not set to blank , then the volume will be forced to the value you set
