Dear Customer,
This is Paul from Yealink Technical Support Team, nice to meet you.
W52P is a SIP Cordless Phone System and RT10 is a repeater, which need to collocate with W52P for use.
As I am not quite clear about your scenario, could you please describe it in more detail?
Then we can provide the relevant suggestion for you.
Attached is the datasheet of W52P and RT10 for your reference.

BR
Paul

Hi

Yes, it's simple. We have base station / repeater and are experiencing choppy calls. We believe this can be solved via the addition of an external antenna but would like to know the type of antenna that we need to purchase.

Thanks

Steve

Hi Steve,

I'm pretty sure the base and repeaters do not support external antennae. Your option would be to relocate the base station to wherever you would have put the external antenna (i.e. somewhere away from whatever is causing interference/higher up/etc), or add more repeaters to the setup.

Thanks!
