T46 Connection Time Out - c99hris - 06-29-2017 10:08 PM I have a customer with 9 T46S phones, one phone has to be rebooted during the day as all the DSS keys gray out. Its like the phone cannot sink to the server any longer. A factory reset brings it back. Can the phone call in and out? 2. what is the DSS key type? 3. how many time the issue happen in a day? 4. please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue for us to analyze.
