BLF to forward to different numbers - mroe - 06-22-2017 12:23 AM
I would like to have BLF keys that can be pressed to forward calls to specific outside numbers for when a person is on lunch break. The phones are T46G.
Can this be done? I do not have the ability to use star codes since the company I am working with doesn't support them.

Hi Mike,
Yes you can do that.
You can press the Transfer key when the phone is idle to configure the Always forward feature. Configure the number you want to forward to.
Like the picture below:

I want a key to do this so the number stays so the user just hits the button and it is forwarded to a cell phone.
This would be 4 buttons on the phone for 4 different cell phones. The user doesn't want to have to enable or disable forward. Wants the button to do the forward to cell.

I see so many people ask for this on multiple forums so why not consider the option.
I have multiple clients that would use this option 100% of the time to make their life easier.

Good news, in our V82 firmware, we have add this feature.
For example, you configure 4 dss key for 4 different cell phone, when you press the DSS key, it can directly disable or enable the forward feature to the certain extension.
The V82 is underway, the detail release date have not been certain.
