I need to get the recovery files for my two T41P phones. Where can I get these files and the directions for recovery reset. My distributor won't give me the files as they say the phones are locked to their service.

Dear Customer,
Yealink doesn't provide recovery mode files directly to end users for security reasons.
And I wonder why you request the recovery files, if your phone is stuck at the starting screen or failed to start up, please contact your distributor or service provider to recover the phone for you, and they are willing to help you.
If the phone has no problem, then indeed it is locked and we cannot provide the recovery files.
