Can anyone point me to a working link where I can obtain recovery files for various Yealink phone models? Yes, I've searched the forum threads till I'm exhausted... Thanks! --Mike

Sorry to tell you that, the recovery files only for our distributors, if the phone have any issues, please contact you service provider or phone provider for help.

I am glad that I have not yet needed a recovery file for my phones. But perhaps sometime in the future I will need this too. However, it is not always possible to follow the way you have shown to restore a phone. I bought my Yealink phones at amazon.de. Do you really believe that someone at amazon.de has any knowledge about restoring Yealink phones??? Not really, my friend, not really. No one at amazon.de will do that for me. Therefore, in my humble opinion, Yealink should find also for end users a way to enable to restore self their phones using recovery files.

I'm not an end-user. I'm a reseller. My distributor contacted Yealink to get this information and it took three days to get a response. Thanks for nothing.
