web interface timeout - bflorin - 05-31-2017 08:33 PM

This default timeout to the web ui is ridiculously low. Where is the option in the web interface or the provisioning key to change this? I've looked in the provisioning guide, admin, user guide...haven't found it yet.

Hi,

Please read the Admin Guide page 909:
http://download.support.yealink.com/download?path=upload%2Fattachment%2F2017-5-9%2F3%2Ff1bd2275-5310-43f1-b629-af2cbdfbb1b4%2FYealink_SIP-T2_Series_T19%28P%29%20E2_T4_Series_T5_Series_CP860_IP_Phones_Administrator_Guide_V81_90.pdf

Hope this helps.

No wonder....This is a poorly named key- "features.relog_offtime" Must be a language conversion thing....

99.9% of anyone looking for this would be searching for "timeout"

The documentation should be changed...minimally adding "timeout" to the description.

The web ui key help button does have it in there, But popups like this are not searchable unless activated.-
Description:
It configures the timeout interval (in minutes) for web access authentication.
CFG Configuration:
features.relog_offtime
Valid Value:
(Integer from 1 to 1000)

Thanks for the location of this, I wasted an hour looking for this dumb key yesterday.

This was hard to find! Thank you for pointing me to it.
