Programable Soft Keys - gyegavian - 05-25-2017 07:29 PM Has there been any progress made on the ability to program softkeys with features like Call Park, Page, etc. ? Hi if you use yealink DECT phone or CP phone, it don't support such softkey feature. If you are using yealink sip decktop phone, such as T21PE2 phone, then you can long press the line key at the left of the screen, after that, you can choose line key type and set it as key event and select call park type. Let us know if any issue. BR Kevin RE: Programable Soft Keys - gyegavian - 05-26-2017 11:02 AM The problem with this method is that you end up loosing the line key. What is the issue with allowing the softkeys keys to be programmed with other features? There are features that are needed to perform common pbx functions that should be avaliable without having to take up a line/blf key. These function also are based on call status Idle, On Talk so by using the line/blf key especially on a T21 or T23 is a problem. I see the call park is there but unfortunatly its only avaliable to broadsoft and the page is there bit seems to only work with multicast. How do we get this opened up ? Hi Thanks for your information, i understand what you need. But we can't set the problemable button to set as call part type. It can't work. We only can set it as line key. But maybe you can call directly call park to park a cal, then you don't need to set additional button. BR Kevin RE: Programable Soft Keys - gyegavian - 05-27-2017 11:22 AM Is this something you can fix in a future release? Its not an impossible task, its avaliable on other manufactures phones. But Yealink phone has many line key which can be select than other brand. So Yealink phone don't need to use prombleable key to set as call park. So i'm afraid that we will not add such feature. Hope your understanding. BR Kevin RE: Programable Soft Keys - gyegavian - 05-30-2017 12:59 PM Thanks for your help. Regarding call park, you have the call park available on the KEY for Broadsoft? But we can't configure 'call park' type on programable key. Best Regards, Kevin RE: Programable Soft Keys - gyegavian - 05-31-2017 04:21 PM If you use the settings below a call park button is put on the softkey. I tried using the call park code 700 or #700 but the call just gets put on hold instead of getting transferred to the call park orbit. So it is there but it doesn't seem to work if your not using broadsoft. bw.enable = 1 call_park.enable = 1 account.1.callpark_enable = 1 features.call_park.park_code = |
