T48S DSS keys grey out - c99hris - 05-22-2017 05:17 PM I have a new T48S phone where often the phone can make and receive calls however all of my DSS keys that I have setup go grey where it appears as if the status of the phone is lost. The DSS keys are set to various types, all are greyed out. A reboot of the phone brings it all back to normal. Please help 66.81.0.90 is our firmware in use. I have currently setup a notify script on the box, it sends a reboot notify to the specific models, Yealinks T48S. Currently monitoring if this is a suitable temporary fix while we wait for a proper bug fix. |
