Video Phone Collaboration - ctiefel - 05-09-2017 07:53 PM We have a deployment at a client with 3 locations. The first has a VC400 and the other two have a VC110. Often times they will video conferences between all three locations. The locations with the VC110s are only utilizing 1 screen while the main location with the VC400 has two screens. The main locations is asking for a way to be able to display the other two locations with one on one screen and the other location on the other screen. As it is right now they can only show the other locations on one screen and themselves on another which they do not want. Is there a way to accomplish this? Yes, it can be accomplished to show two locations on screen one by one. 1. After meeting established , Set the layout as full screen of one participant by click the yellow button on remote controller 2. Then click the red button on remote controller "More"->"Focus(Display2)'->select to display the other participant on the sencond screen. |
