Hi

We have a Panasonic NS500 PBX and T27G phones. We are unable to get the BLF to function. Please help!

Hi,

do you mean when you configure a BLF dsskey,BLF LED will not show correct status or LED will not light?

In the meantime, you can refer to below FAQ to try to fix this issue:

If above FAQ can not fix this issue, please reply with the detail info about this issue and help me get the level 6 system log, config.bin file and PCAP traces

Hi Klaus

You are correct. The BLF LED will not show correct status and the LED will not light.

I tried all of the above, but it does not work.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

I have attached all the files as requested.

I checked the PCAP file and LOG from you, there is no notify message, so I think we need your help to get the new three files, so please follow below steps:

1. access to webUI>>settings>>configurations>>adjust the log level to 6, then confirm.

2. access to webUI>>settings>>configurations>>PCAP feature, press start

3. use another phone dial the monitor number, then check if your phone BLF key turn red flash or not

4. answer this call, then check if your phone BLF key turn red or not?

5. press stop key, then export the PCAP file and log and config.bin file.
