Hello Frank, good afternoon.

This way I did in another Yealink model T21P, but in this model does not have the same path. Follow the attached printscreen.

Sorry, I don't see the attached screenshot.

For the models SIP-T21P (f/w 34.72.0.75) and SIP-T21P E2 (f/w 52.81.0.70) the same path should be used.
tab Features > Audio > Key Tone
f/w 34.72.0.75

f/w 52.81.0.70

In case I mentioned the model T21P as an example, but the equipment in which I need to do this and the model T28P, this one does not have the same path as it has passed.

The T28 definitely does have that option, as per screen shot below (good ol' trusty T28 still in daily use here on my desk ;o) )

Make sure you are running a good version of firmware for the T28. Mine is running 2.72.0.51, so anything after that should have the option. Even though the T28 is EOL the firmware and documents/etc are still up on the Yealink site:

Sorry if I'm not being clear.
I need to disable the feature on the T28P yealink device. But I appreciate your help.
I'll try what our friend jolouis said above, do update the firmware of the equipment. I'll do the procedure and notice.

Regards,

Good morning, the unit is updated but I can not find the "Key Tone" field, in the model T20P there is this field and I can disable it normally.

Any idea?

Regards,

Hi, I believe I found the field that disables. Here is an attachment, the "Send Sound = Desable" field. I was not able to validate that I am remote in it, but as soon as I can get the user to validate I will notify everyone. Thanks for the help!
