I did use the file provided:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<YealinkIPPhoneExecute
Beep="yes">
<ExecuteItem URI="Dial:12345" />
<ExecuteItem URI="Led:LINE1=on"/>
<ExecuteItem URI="Led:LINE2=off"/>
</YealinkIPPhoneExecute>
And it is not working for the leds.
"dial:" works, "Key:" works but not the leds "Led:LINE1=on".

For this issue, I have recurring it on local.
I can confirm it's a bug.Our R&D team will deal with this issue as soon as possible.

Now this feature only support via support technical firmware,
