Basic setup - navemar - 07-09-2015 05:36 AM

Hello,

I am new with this technology, and been reading a lot of different guides trying to place outside calls, I register a T22 SIP phone.
When I place a local call, meaning network, I get no issues, but when I try to place outside calls, 8 digit, I get a NOT FOUND.

I am pretty sure, that I need to change one parameter, but I don´t know which one.

If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.

hello navemar

for outbound calls , if it is mobile phone ,you need a gateway, and if you mean outbound call to a number that also register to the same PBX as T22, but show not found ,then it is the Sip server issue, you need to contact your sip server provider for help .

Hello,

Thank you for your response, I meant to say, calling to the PSTN...

Any ideas, after 4 digit dialing it stops capturing dtmfs
